Why your health and wellbeing is so important
We know that caring can take its toll on you. When you’re looking after someone else it’s very easy to put your own needs on a back burner. But it’s important not to let your own health and wellbeing slip – remember self-care is not selfish.
What carer wellbeing support can include
Our wellbeing support is designed to help you feel more like you again – not just someone who is constantly coping.
Depending on what you need, this might include:

Emotional support and someone to talk to

Carer wellbeing sessions, events and workshops: This includes free monthly visits to Hampton Court, National Trust passes (depends on availability), online yoga, mindlfulness and relaxation sessions.
